Meet Kim Siegrist, RN, MSN NP
Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse Injector
With more than 38 years of nursing experience, Kim Siegrist, NP, brings an unmatched level of expertise, precision, and care to every patient she serves. Before earning her nurse practitioner credentials, Kim began her medical career as a surgical tech and went on to build decades of experience in a variety of settings in rolls that spanned from trauma specialist to mental health specialist. Her years of experience make her an asset to meeting the needs of her clients now.
Throughout her career, Kim has become certified in advanced procedures including suturing in her trauma roles and specialized burn care through Shriners. She has pursued the knowledge to ensure that she is a high quality provider for clients with restorative aesthetic procedures that are the most natural ways to rebuild collagen and elastin and look and feel your best no matter what your age. Her extensive clinical background means she understands not only the artistry of aesthetics, but also the medical science behind it—ensuring her patients feel confident and cared for at every step.
Now, after hands-on training and mentorship in aesthetic medicine, Kim is excited to bring her expertise to the community as a certified aesthetic injector in underserved community of Statesville, NC, her home town. She combines her years of medical knowledge with a personalized approach to help clients look and feel their very best.
More than just another provider, Kim found Wellness Care after her experience with cancer care and as part of her recovery. It started with IV therapy and included use of PRP for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation. After driving to other cities to get these services, Kim decided it was time for Statesville to have access to the same services locally. Dr. Carman is an accomplished Osteopathic Physician with more than two decades of diverse clinical experience spanning emergency medicine, obesity medicine, urgent care, wound care, hyperbaric medicine, men's health, hormone optimization, and medical aesthetics. His broad medical background gives him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on patient safety, wellness, clinical decision-making, and the rapidly evolving world of aesthetic medicine.
Dr. Carman works collaboratively with clinical teams to help create thoughtful systems, establish appropriate protocols, review clinical practices, and support providers as they navigate complex decisions. His approach combines evidence-informed medicine, data-driven thinking, clinical experience, and a genuine commitment to helping practices deliver exceptional patient care. Licensed Esthetician
Heidi brings a genuine passion for skin health and a warm, personalized touch to every treatment she performs. With expertise in advanced facials, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion, she has dedicated her career to the art and science of beautiful skin — combining her technical skill with an intuitive understanding of what each client's skin truly needs. Heidi believes that great skincare is more than a treatment; it's an experience — one that leaves you feeling seen, cared for, and genuinely glowing from the moment you walk out the door. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to staying current with the latest skincare techniques ensures that every visit delivers real, visible results tailored specifically to you.

Raquel
Registered Nurse
Raquel is a Registered Nurse with 19 years of nursing experience and a retired firefighter/paramedic who dedicated 27 years to emergency service. Her extensive background in emergency medicine has given her a unique combination of clinical skill, calm confidence, compassion, and the ability to truly connect with the people in her care.
After spending much of her career helping people through some of their most difficult moments, Raquel has brought that same dedication to the world of wellness and aesthetics. She loves being able to care for clients in a different way—helping them invest in their health, feel confident in their appearance, and enjoy becoming the healthiest and most confident version of themselves.
At IVerdure Wellness, Raquel believes great care goes beyond performing a treatment. She enjoys getting to know each client, understanding their goals, and supporting them throughout their wellness and aesthetic journey. Her approach is warm, genuine, and grounded in nearly two decades of nursing experience.
Outside of work, Raquel is enjoying a well-earned change of pace in North Carolina. She and her husband, Randy, love spending time on their property in Taylorsville, and she treasures opportunities to visit with family near Wilmington.
After a lifetime of caring for others, Raquel continues to do what she does best—helping people feel cared for, confident, healthy, and beautiful.
Khloe
Khloe Jarvis brings a truly unique and impressive skill set to the IVerdure Wellness team — one that blends emergency medical expertise with a deep, genuine passion for holistic wellness care. As a certified paramedic, Khloe has spent her career mastering the art of precision under pressure, and that same calm confidence and exceptional clinical skill translates seamlessly into everything she does at IVerdure. She is the heartbeat of our IV therapy program — administering infusions with an expert touch that puts even the most needle-averse clients completely at ease. Her advanced vascular access skills, honed through years of real-world emergency medicine, mean you are always in the most capable, experienced hands possible when you settle into our infusion suite.
