Meet Kim Siegrist, RN, MSN NP
Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse Injector
With more than 38 years of nursing experience, Kim Siegrist, NP, brings an unmatched level of expertise, precision, and care to every patient she serves. Before earning her nurse practitioner credentials, Kim began her medical career as a surgical tech and went on to build decades of experience in a variety of settings in rolls that spanned from trauma specialist to mental health specialist. Her years of experience make her an asset to meeting the needs of her clients now.
Throughout her career, Kim has become certified in advanced procedures including suturing in her trauma roles and specialized burn care through Shriners. She has pursued the knowledge to ensure that she is a high quality provider for clients with restorative aesthetic procedures that are the most natural ways to rebuild collagen and elastin and look and feel your best no matter what your age. Her extensive clinical background means she understands not only the artistry of aesthetics, but also the medical science behind it—ensuring her patients feel confident and cared for at every step.
Now, after hands-on training and mentorship in aesthetic medicine, Kim is excited to bring her expertise to the community as a certified aesthetic injector in underserved community of Statesville, NC, her home town. She combines her years of medical knowledge with a personalized approach to help clients look and feel their very best.
More than just another provider, Kim found Wellness Care after her experience with cancer care and as part of her recovery. It started with IV therapy and included use of PRP for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation. After driving to other cities to get these services, Kim decided it was time for Statesville to have access to the same services locally. Patients can trust that when they choose Kim, they are choosing a provider whose commitment to skill, safety, and compassionate care has been proven over nearly four decades in healthcare. Dr. Kossi Tete, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Tete is a board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to helping patients feel healthier, more confident, and genuinely cared for. He believes that exceptional medical care begins with listening and takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, goals, and lived experience.
Dr. Tete earned his undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of Lublin in Poland. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in Little Rock, Arkansas, and is board-certified in Internal Medicine.
At Kozy Health MD, Dr. Tete integrates modern internal medicine with hormone optimization, aesthetics, and wellness to provide thoughtful, individualized care. His approach emphasizes safety, education, and long-term health outcomes, focusing on treating the whole person—not just symptoms or lab values. His philosophy is simple: treat every patient like family and deliver care that makes a meaningful difference in daily life.
Dr. Tete is more than a medical director, he provides the option for our clients to access Direct Patient Care Primary Care that includes both Hormone Management and Weight Loss Management in a holistic way at a reasonable price. He understands that the root cause of many medical issues is often overlooked because providers lack the time to really do holistic care in the current insurance driven model. You are more than your lab values and you are allowed to have more than one problem per visit. Your wellness deserves attention just as much, if not more, than your illnesses.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Tete enjoys traveling, learning new languages, staying active, playing beach soccer, and spending quality time with his two sons.
